This is Sting.  

Tell me about Sting.

Sting can fly and he sprays poison lightning.  (makes a buzzing sound)

How did he become Sting?

He liked it when he gets in lightning.  He did it too much so he got in lightning again and this time he got electrocuted.  He got stings in his body and he saw that one time he touched something and he touched a stranger and the stranger got electrocuted!   So he noticed that he was Sting.
